Performance Manager

Required Skills:
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience working in Excel and building budgets
- Strategic and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and draw conclusions
- Strong ownership over your work and the ability to work independently, while seeking advisement from constituents
- Experience with CRM systems, project management systems and website platforms a bonus
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between Potratz and our clients
- Help clients reach their goals by building strategic marketing campaigns
- Leading our internal team in the implementation of your marketing campaigns
- Work in various platforms, including but not limited to: Facebook, Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Work with our digital team to report on campaign performance and make strategic recommendations for campaign improvement
- Provide creative direction and feedback to designers and videographers
- Other administrative tasks such as proofreading and website maintenance
